Local Artist Writes His Way Into Big 5 History
I’ve created a one of a kind word art drawing to commemorate the 60th Anniversary of Big 5 basketball. The original piece of art was auctioned off at the Coaches vs. Cancer annual Gala this past April and raised $2700! 100% of proceeds went to the American Cancer Society.
I meticulously hand wrote the dates, teams and scores from every Men’s Big 5 game ever played to create the historic Palestra, the center of Big 5 basketball over the last 60 years. Proceeds from each sale will benefit the American Cancer Society.
My husband left me for another woman a few months ago and ever since then my life has been filled with pain and agony because my husband was my first love whom I have spent my entire life with.
